I am an economist graduated at The Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest, RO and at Buckinghamshire University , UK .
I conducted a doctoral research in project management in community development , worked as a manager in local government, teacher, cultural manager and consultant in private sector.
I am motivated by strategic projects with effects in social development of the community, I enjoy working in a team, and use creatively the existing resources in society. I believe that grass roots projects and community development are essentially important today as are the base of building up the platform for talent to shine and achieve the best potential.
